At La Petite Mama, I take great pride in offering a higher level of care with a wide range of additional services designed to enhance your child’s development and wellbeing. These services include premium meals, educational trips, flexible care tailored to your needs, extra learning resources, and comprehensive updates and communication. These enhanced services are available for families who wish to opt into a more comprehensive childcare experience. Please note that these services are optional and available for voluntary payment, allowing you to choose the level of care that best suits your family’s needs.

I currently offer the following packages:

2. Funding Plus Excursions
3. Full LPM Experience 

Important: All children at LPM receive the full EYFS curriculum. The Full LPM Experience simply adds extra experiences and services beyond what the funded entitlement covers.

We offer all funding hours for 2,3 and 4-year-olds which is paid to us directly from East Sussex County Council (ESCC).   At LPM we utilise both stretch and flexible funding in order to reduce the cost to you, using as many hours of your funding allocation as possible for the days that you are with us, this does mean that if you wish to attend another setting for other days you may have no funded hours remaining to use. The funded hours will be claimed in the first session each week, then the second and so on until all eligible funding is used up. Any extra hours outside of the entitled funded hours will be charged to you the parent at the non-funded rate stated in the fee structure. The funding is stretched over 48 weeks, for eligible families the government funding is for 38 weeks of the year, with stretched funding the 15 hours equates to 11.875 hours per week and the 30 hours funding equates to 23.75 hours per week. We operate a minimum of 2 sessions per week over 2 days policy, as some children find it difficult when they only come into the setting one day a week and we are unable to build a quality relationship with that child. We offer half day and full day sessions. Half day sessions do not include lunch. Breakfast is served from 8.30am to 9.00am, we have snack at 10am and 3pm and our lunch hour is between 12pm and 1pm, dinner is served at 4.30pm. Breakfast, lunch (full day only), dinner and snacks are provided by the setting.
